All West Point Head and Assistant Coaches must be USA Certified before the start of the season!

Our sports physical night is June 10th from 5:30-7:30 at city hall - enter through the northwest door. Physicals will be done by Lynn Larsen, NP-C, and the fee will be $10.00. You can pay with cash, check, venmo or cash app. We will have the physical forms so you don't need to worry about bringing one. We will take drop ins if we don't fill up but players with appointments will be taken first. Click the link below to sign up!

Equipment fittings will be by appointment only on June 27th, 28th, & 29th. Parents are able to select a day and time that works best for their schedule. The link to sign up will be posted after registration is closed.
Grades: 2nd-8th - Based on 2024/2025 school year
Required paperwork to be uploaded online when registering:
- Copy of player birth certificate
- Physical (dated after February 1st, 2024)
- Current year report card (to verify grade)
- Medical insurance information
- Proof of residency (dated after April 1st 2024 (city, gas, power)
